Advice on mortgages

We are a specialized firm situated in Monster (close to The Hague) offering a regulated financial activity; we give mortgage advice and help you financing your property in the Netherlands. We’re responsible for ensuring the advice is appropriate for your circumstances and are held financially liable if the advice is later shown to be defective.

We don’t work on commissions but work with a fixed fee or with hourly rates depending on your wishes. Our initial meeting is always free of charge. In this meeting we get to know each other, assess your circumstances, let you inform us about your plans and explain how we can help you with realizing them. We will give you a quotation of the costs if you want our advice. Most of the times the savings on the commissions are a lot higher then the price for our advice.

We can undertake the following steps (and more):

• Assessment of the borrowers circumstances. This may include assessment of credit history and affordability (verified by income documentation).
• Explain the different types of mortgages, the dutch taxlaws and chose one or a combination of mortgages that fit your needs.
• Assessing the market to find a mortgage product that fits your needs and is in the top of the market for what price/quality is concerned.
• Applying for a lenders agreement in principle (pre-approval)
• Gathering all needed documents (paystubs/payslips, bankstatements etc.)
• Arranging valuations of the property and the notary
• Completing a lender application form.
• Explaining the legal disclosures.
• Submitting all material to the lender.
